This facility needs to reevaluate their sales team. I called at 11:50 am on 3/23/26 to check availability and pricing. She kept asking "where are you calling from honey". I repeated I am inquiring for my parents. I then asked what type of flooring is in the 2 bedroom units. Then she asked me again, where am I calling from. I said why do you keep asking me the same question and she said that me asking what type of flooring is an unusual question for someone to ask. I'm 47 years old and have been in sales for 25 years. She spoke to me disrespectfully like I was a child. Brookdale has been calling my phone daily. (Take me off your phone list please) If you have multiple empty units, its due to your disrespectful sales team.
