From day one, Mable Chambers made our experience exceptional. Starting with the tour, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain my aunt’s insurance coverage in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of our questions were answered. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about getting to know my aunt and understanding her needs. Whenever I had a question or concern, Mable was always available and willing to help. The entire team at Courtyards of Orlando was caring and attentive. The therapy department was amazing—thanks to their hard work and dedication, my aunt is now back home and able to move around independently. Social Services also did a wonderful job coordinating all the equipment she needed before discharge, making the transition home smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a facility for your loved one, I highly recommend Courtyards of Orlando. The care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the staff made all the difference for our family. Thank you for everything you did for my aunt!

I was there late and had a couple questions; Stephanie, the nurse, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. Keyla, the social worker, is also quite knowledgeable and helpful and really wants what’s best for her residence. Overall, a really great experience at this facility.

I had a very positive experience with this rehab facility and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality rehabilitation care. From the moment the admission process began, the Admission Director was incredibly helpful, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming. The nursing staff truly stood out during the stay. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely caring toward residents. It was clear that they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their recovery. I would also like to recognize the HR team for maintaining such a professional and organized environment. Their efforts in supporting staff and fostering a positive workplace culture are evident in how well the team works together and how respectfully residents are treated. Overall, this facility demonstrates a strong commitment to both patient care and staff support. The combined efforts of the Admission Director, nursing staff, and HR team create an environment that promotes healing, dignity, and respect.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Mrs.Chambers who helped get my dad placed in this nursing home. During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, she was compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to understand my dad’s needs, explained every step of the process, and made sure he was placed in a safe environment. Thanks to her dedication, my dad’s transition into this nursing home was smooth, and our family now has a peace of mind. I know that they genuinely care about the people and families they help, not just the process. I am truly grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend this nursing home because of the outstanding individuals who work there.
