Was sent here for therapy from the hospital. Waste of money. The therapists were friendly but they are not staffed enough if patient needs 2 member team and has no equipment for larger patients. Some of the staff is very friendly and helpful, others not so much. They will wake you up in the wee morning hours, like 1am to give you a bedbath. I had to tell the head nurse that under no circumstances is my sleep to be disturbed for a damn bed bath and they complied.<br><br>When i realized their therapy was not intensive enough, I sought out other rehab facilities to.be transferred to.

I am leaving a one star review here because I picked up a resident from here in my uber (which a nurse called for him). I didn’t realize until he was in my car that he smelled like he was soaked in his own urine. It was incredibly bad. I took him to his destination, because he was going to the hospital, and I did not have the heart to kick him out of my car and send him back with his walker that I had just loaded in my trunk. I couldn’t pick up any more passengers for the rest of the day as I had to get my car seats professionally cleaned. I realize that this is not the fault of the passenger, but of the STAFF who sent this person in my uber in this horrible condition. If this was the way they are sending people off, I can only imagine how terrible the living conditions and staff are at this place. I’ve driven many elderly in assisted living situations and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Absolutely all fault of this situation falls on this place and the terrible nurse that called an uber for this person to damage my private vehicle rather than ensure their people are properly cared for.

Unsafe to live. 5 floors with only 1 elevator. They have 2 1 is always out. 2 months this time and 2 more months to be fixed.<br><br>Serve cold food in dining room. Take 1-3 days for refills.<br><br>Worse place for anyone to live at. Don’t come here if you don’t have to. Worse decision.

I've called them at least 20 times to check on a friend who lives(ed). Not once have they answered the phone. I'd think long and hard before sending a loved one of mine to this place.
