One year after being discharged from this place and I would like to state my opinion. I wss seriously I jured in a car accident that left me eith numerous fractures. I wss unable to sit..walk ir stand on my own. I had s cast on my broken ankle and foot for 3 weeks but the double pelvic fracture is what paralyzed me. First of all. This is not a rehab facility This is a nursing home. There is zero interest in any treatment. Everyone is in wheelchairs or bedridden. I could not get into a wheelchair without assistance and e crucisting pain so I spent my time laying flat in bed. Rooms are depressing and cold. Tv does not work. Food is absolutely disgusting. There are no choices or menus. Asking for ice or water is like asking for a million dollars. Its once a day if you are lucky. There is NO medical care. The so called home dr. Is a joke. Not once in 24 days did anyone ask me how I felt or how my pain was. Not once was any vitals taken. Its clear that you are just an insurance che k to them. All I could think about was getting the he'll out of there. Once I got my cast off my son brought me a walker. I began using it to get up and walk to the bathroom and cried every step. The pain was unbelievable but I had to get use to it. I was told i was not free to leave and I would be told when I could leave . No....I am not in prison. I was then told that insurance had approved me for another month . No way in he'll. Im leaving. So the so called Dr comes in and basically trys to bully me by saying im risking my life. I can lose my leg due to infection. Im risking amputation. Then she says I will not be given and pain medication or any medical followup if I choose to leave. Then she begins to degrade me by saying how lucky I am and I need to be more grateful. I'd had enough. My son arrived at 7 am and I was gone by 7 30 am.No one assisted us out. He got me dressed. Got me in a wheelchair and gathered my things. He pushed me out the door and all I got was make sure you leave thst wheelchair. Pathetic excuse for a medical facility. My heart breaks for those stuck in this place. Thankfully I am on the mend and able to take care of myself now. I will give credit where it's due. The nursing assistant Mary was extremely kind to me. The lady named Megan was extremely kind. The daytime charge nurse was extremely kind. The male nurse is the one who told me I was not free to leave and jumped on me when I asked for my pain meds saying I would get them when he had time. No...that's not right. Hire and train your staff better .

My mom was at signature on Farnsley and they was horrible as wall though looking at another one but I see reviews are the same Farnsley dropped my mother the nurse though she was talking to her boss was talking to me and was trying cover up stuff the employees was stealing stuff out her room everything I hurried up and had my momma discharged before they got a law suit on them now years later they did the same to my father in law to where there are being sued now All Signature nursing facilities need to be shut down the food mad my mom sick a nurse said she told H R what they was doing and that she wouldn't feed that recycled food to her dogs then my daughters father in law was there for rehab they lied said he fell as wall like they said about my mom that couldn't even walk and she knows so why all the sudden would she try but they dropped him and he passed away from his injury there never again runnnn from any nursing facility with Signature name.. and I'm screenshot this cause y'all will delete it but y'all need stop taking ppls money for their loved ones when y'all really don't care about anyones loved ones I'm tell the truth about y'all because God said the truth shall set you free.... Don't forget they will leave your loved ones in pee or bowel where they will develop bed sores and yes proof on everything can be shown........

T.Wayne I’ve only been at this facility for about three months, but honestly, it already feels like home. From the very first day, everyone welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of the family. That’s not something you find everywhere, and I’m so thankful for it. The teamwork here is incredible — people truly look out for each other, step up when someone needs help, and celebrate every little win together. You can see and feel the love and dedication that go into taking care of the folks who live at Rockford. It’s not just a job; it’s a calling, and everyone here takes that to heart. What stands out the most to me is the genuine compassion in this team. Whether it’s a small act of kindness, a shared laugh, or arriving early to make sure a resident is comfortable, everyone gives 100%. That kind of commitment is inspiring and makes me proud to be a part of it. I may have only been here a short time, but I already know I’ve found something special. Grateful every day to work with such caring people who truly make a difference. ❤️

The nurses and caregivers are genuinely compassionate, and it’s clear they treat each resident with dignity and respect. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
