My mom has been a resident at Heartsong Memory Care for a year and I have nothing but positive comments about her care. As the former Impact BoardChair for the KY Chapter of the Alz Association, I asked around the Alz community for the best memory care recommendation and was told by several people that Heartsong has the best care. The staff is well trained on the Alz/dementia community, professional, compassionate, patient, attentive and courteous. Putting a loved one in a facility is a very difficult decision and it provides great comfort to know that she is well cared for. The facility is not the closest in proximity for me, however, my mom receiving the best care is of the utmost importance. There are facilities that are newer, more posh/have updated decor, but don't be fooled by the outward appearance. I would highly recommend the care, communication and knowledge of the staff at Heartsong Memory Care.

My Dad was at Heartsong memory care for 4 years . The nurses, room assistants and all the other staff were wonderful caring people . They treated my Dad with love and kindness . He enjoyed all the daily activities . I felt like we were all family while my Dad was there . He loved it and the people . He called this place home .

When looking for a facility for your loved one, it’s not something you take lightly. You visit every place you can, and ask others for recommendations. Which is what we did. We settled on Heartsong, because we heard great things, and it just felt like home for our mom. And yes, best choice! We get updates, and calls whenever there is a change in any nature. They are very loving, and take great care and pride in what they do. It’s not an easy job to take care of someone with Alzheimer’s, but they make it seem easy. They make sure to involve all residents in activities, and work with them no matter how along their disease is. They find new and interesting things to keep everyone involved. When looking for s new home for your loved one, be sure to check them out, you won’t be disappointed! 💜

Heartsong is wonderful. No one ever wants to put their loved one in a "home" but this place is an exception. The atmosphere is very welcoming and loving. The staff was great with my dad. After the first day he loved his new home and family. They are the best! 💖

This is the best place I have dealt with! The staff is awesome! Sheila and Stephanie are very genuine and caring people! Galea is awesome!! I had my dad here after a couple of other places that could not care for him. Heartsong staff are very qualified and trained for memory care patients! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for memory care! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO HAVE CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR MY DAD! You gave me peace in my heart as no other place cared!
