Andy is one of the worst people I have ever been employed by. He is rude and extremely disrespectful. I have begged him to send me my W2 forms. He refuses to do so. It is against the law to not send them out by January the 31st. He cussed out my dad and disrespected my grandpa and said he would sue him for contract when we did not have a contract anymore. Do not work for this evil man! Red flag 🚩

Awful company, andy is very rude. I had to contact the labor board to report and for him to release my paystubs.

We had a great experience with this company. They are a provider of In-Home Care Services for the VA (Veterans Affairs) which were highly beneficial to my 96-year-old Father. The Director Andy Block was very helpful as a liaison with my Father’s VA Nurse Case Manager and helped us navigate some additional care options after a stay in Rehab. When my Dad’s regular caregiver was unavailable, they sent a Field Manager from the office to make sure he had services every week. The communication was terrific. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help at home with an aging loved one give Kentuckiana Home Care a call.

Very responsive, assessed our needs and aligned a companion for my dad (suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s) before the initial phone call was over! They started within days and my father is very happy. Such peace of mind. Thank you Andy and team for caring to the needs of our elderly parents!

June 19, 2018 Louisville, KY My path came across Kentuckiana Home Care when my father became incapacitated and had to be placed in Long Term Care. We only had to use the services of Kentuckiana Home Care for about six weeks until his death in early May of 2018. What a blessing they were. From the Caregivers to Schedulers, all worked with us to provide us the support that was much needed. It always made the family feel good to walk in and Dad would have good things to say about the caregivers…and that happened often. Hours we needed coverage varied and the scheduler worked diligently with us to ensure we had the caregivers we needed. Many thanks go out to all of the caregivers and scheduler at Kentuckiana Home Care in Louisville, Kentucky. We will always remember their kindness and generosity shown to my father in his final days.
