Parkwood has been a blessing to my family, to have been able to place my mom at Parkwood, they welcomed her with open arms, know her by name, and the staff is so friendly and kind and I just appreciate knowing that my mom is being well looked after and it helps me to be able to rest at night and be able to manage my life, knowing that she has 24-hour care and they're kind of caring people not just looking after my mom but all the residents are Parkwood. a special thanks to Lanisha, and the staff, nurses, cna's, the kitchen the laundry the maintenance all of these people that participate in making the residents comfortable.
