No place is like home but it helps to know that people care for our elderly family members. While on vacation we left snacks for our mom and the ladies in the business office mrs Cora and mrs Bennett where nice enough to give mom a snack everyday. Also have to shout out her CNA’s and Nurses and activities person. Thank you all for being so kind and making her feel at home 🤗🙏🏽 I personally have nothing bad to say about the facility.

I had a great experience here. The environment was clean and welcoming, and you can tell the residents are truly cared for—they seemed happy and well taken care of. The Director of Nursing, Lisa, was especially kind, compassionate, and professional, which made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for themselves or a loved one.

After visiting several skilled nursing facilities in and around the Matthews area, we chose Royal Park for our mother. And, we are so thankful. Our mother was not easy to deal with while she adjusted to the inpatient setting, but the staff was patient and understanding. They were kind and thorough, in her treatment plan. They kept us informed and involved. She stayed for almost a month, during June 2024, and everyone was just amazing. I cannot thank them enough!

Came for a quick visit. Upon entering, the receptionist was super polite and friendly and let us know where to go. We had to sign in first. Place looked very clean and easy to navigate with a lot of signs, letting you know where to go. Everything was decorated in St. Patty's decor and it felt very lively inside as other families were visiting and they were having a great time. Any of the staff we spoke to was always friendly and helpful. Facility was very welcoming.
