If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Constantly not enough staff (I believe they have been cited by state for not adequately staffing) and they low census even when they really shouldn’t. I’ve worked in nursing homes long enough to know what the staffing should look like and it’s not that. Hallways are full of clutter. Oh and if the internet goes down- instead of management being all hands on deck, well they just decide they’re all going to leave instead. No help to the floor staff? Didn’t call pharmacy to get any papers with the residents meds on those so they knew what they should be getting that day. They let residents smoke right outside the door so it stinks all the time! Disgusting. I would never want my worst enemy to go here.
