The Court at Felician Village is a state-certified Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) providing assisted living in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The community combines private apartment living with supportive services designed to help residents maintain independence and safety while receiving the care they need.

The Court is a 48-apartment building offering 24-hour care for residents who require assistance with daily living activities. An assisted living registered nurse conducts a professional assessment upon admission to develop an individualized care plan. Services include assistance with medication administration, dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Residents choose from spacious 1- or 2-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and a handicap-accessible bathroom with walk-in shower.

The community is located on the Felician Village campus at 1903 Division Street in Manitowoc County, which also operates additional assisted living options including a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) with 32 rooms and a secure household for residents with early- to mid-stage dementia.
