Our mother lived in Felician Village's assisted-living community for over seven years. The facility was clean and comfortable and offered many nice amenities. However, the quality of the caregivers made Felician Village special. The Director, Jeremy, was very responsive and committed to making the residents happy. The nurses, Brianna and Tanya, were outstanding: friendly, hard-working, organized, good communicators, and always available for consults. All of the aides, (especially Kytana, Maddie, Becky, and Nita) were very kind and actively watched over our mother. She enjoyed their company and loved interacting with them. The other support people: kitchen staff, cleaning staff, maintenance, etc. also contributed to the home-like atmosphere. My mother loved being a member of Felician Village's assisted-living community.

Felician Village and Felician Village On the Go is an outstanding organization and has been providing absolutely the best loving, kind, respectful service and care for our mom. Lauren Dern and Paula Wagner with Felician Village on the Go always go above and beyond with their wonderful car/ride and grocery delivery service ensuring mom is always set and treats her with such kindness, patience and dignity. Roselle, Tanya, the Bistro/food, Maintenace and cleaning staff are outstanding as well. The staff and residents at Felician Village are all very kind, respectful and always look out for and help anyone in need--Truley a family atmosphere. Thank you all!

I recently visited Felician Village and was incredibly impressed with the warmth, cleanliness, and peacefulness of the entire campus. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by every staff member I encountered. The environment is welcoming and clearly focused on dignity, compassion, and respect for the residents.<br><br>The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the inside of the facility feels more like a warm home than an institution. I was particularly struck by how engaged and happy the residents appeared—many were participating in activities, chatting with staff, or relaxing comfortably in common spaces.<br><br>It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares and takes pride in their work. As a visitor, it gave me so much peace of mind to see such a loving and faith-centered environment. Felician Village is a wonderful place, and I’m grateful places like this exist for our loved ones.

In early 2022 my mother had an unexpected accident that resulted in onsite rehabilitation at Felician Village in Manitowoc. The staff, including the nurses of course, but also the administration that helped us navigate the transition from the hospital to rehabilitation and ultimately her return home was absolutely unmatched. They treated my mother with respect, honesty, and pushed her to reach her goals to go home in a very timely manner.
