The Gardens at Felician Village

The Gardens at Felician Village is an independent living community for seniors age 55 and older located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The community offers duplex and apartment options with one, two, or three bedrooms, each featuring a private patio or balcony and a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer.

Residents enjoy maintenance-free living on more than 14 acres of landscaped grounds. All apartments and homes include utilities, appliance maintenance, garbage removal and recycling, and a meal credit for dining services. The community eliminates typical homeownership responsibilities such as lawn mowing, snow shoveling, and appliance warranty management.

The Gardens provides three dining locations—The Bistro, the Wisconsin Room, and the Village Café—along with catering services available to the public. Common spaces include the Glab Lounge with a movie theater system, bar area, Wii bowling, and bingo; a fitness center; and areas for family gatherings. Residents can participate in exercise classes, social events, and a calendar of activities and day trips.

The community is part of the larger Felician Village campus, which provides access to a salon, Blessed Angela Chapel offering Catholic Mass and Lutheran/Protestant services, a business office, and a Village Market. Medical services are not provided at The Gardens, though residents may contract with outside homecare agencies. Guest suites are available for visiting family members.

Pets are allowed to live in garden homes only; they may visit apartments but cannot stay overnight. The community charges no membership or move-in fees, though a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required at contract signing. An underground heated parking garage is available for an additional fee to apartment residents, and garden homes include an attached garage.
