Absolutely disgusting, roaches. Nurses are nice nasty and never answer. They stay at desk all of them talking not once, everytime i went. Poor food and small amounts. Allow others to take your items you brought for your loved one. Blankets, and when I walked in and told them they did nothing and I cane back later that night fo check he was laying with his diaper undone and huddled up with no blanket and was completely dirty. This place is the definition of a nightmare facility.

If you have any love ones here I advise you to take them out of this facility the staff here are no good my mother was here for a short time here they kept her Drugged every hour just so they didn’t have to deal with her talking they don’t give proper baths all the young women seem to have a problem when you ask them Anything concerning to your loved ones or they don’t know my mother was walking fine before she went here now she can’t even get up on her own

The director of the floor is very rude and disrespectful. She was very rude to me as a visitor, and also the staff. That is not the kind of attitude we need when we are working with people who are in need.

My mother was here for a couple of weeks to get rehab. She was in really bad shape upon her arrival. The staff took such good care of her that my mother did not want to leave. They were compassionate and attentive. I truly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hard work.

This place isn’t as bad as the reviews. I spent some time here because of a wreck and couldn’t do for myself in the form of care. The staff will do everything in their power to help a resident from bathing to assisting with eating. Rooms are cleaned daily and on-site laundry that’s done and hung up in your closet that day. Office staff is very helpful in any matter that’s legal and will answer any questions that a resident or family member may have. And the physical therapy there is awesome as well. I’m very thankful for this place for what they did for me and got me back to walking and will recommend to anyone in the future. Thank y’all!
