Originally skeptical; getting over HoHi ("horizontal high rise") living.<br>Very impressed with sales and construction process ! $$$/sq ft quite remarkable. Just moved in and looking forward to Oct-Apr seasonal living and taking advantage of great amenities.

The build process was great. Hampton Franklin was our construction manager and he was very helpful evert step in the process. As a retired builder I am very please with the design and panelized wall construction. I am looking forward to a relaxed lifestyle that Sun City has to offer.

Great experience finding, purchasing, and moving into our new spec home in SunCity. The entire process was quick and smooth start to finish. We look forward to enjoying our time here!

We found a "Duet" in a new section of Sun City that had everything we wanted and was close to the new pool and activities center. Because of a family obligation, we were not able to attend the closing date in person. Home Inspector we hired found some issues, but they were taken care of by the construction manager in time for our closing to go on as scheduled. Our Real Estate agent said that closing remotely is actually a pretty easy process and he was correct. All documents signed and money wired and that was it.<br>Looking forward to seeing our new home this week.
