These people continually left my father in a pile of his own urine, told me it was my responsibility, then called DSS on me because I chose not to continue their service. They weaponized tax dollars because they didnt like the fact their man didnt do his job. Didnt match my expectations? Your man left my father in pools of his own urine multiple times, all while charging the American tax payer through the VA 100 dollars an hour. Furthermore you charged the taxpayer for a day your company never showed up to do work. This is fraud, no different than what is happening elsewhere.

Senior Helpers was a wonderful resource for me when I needed many weeks of care after a difficult surgery. Jennifer, Scott, Ishi, Christine and all the caregivers went out of their way to accommodate my immediate and longer term needs. They were always accessible, flexible and ready to help in any way they could. They were happy to give counsel on how to navigate insurance claims. I hope I never need them again but I would not hesitate to use their services if I did.

I recently used Senior Helpers to care for my mother after she returned home from the hospital. Jennifer was such a huge help in tailoring the care and times that would fit my mother's needs the best. The care givers were very kind and compassionate to my mother and their service was spot on! I give Jennifer, the care givers, and Senior Helpers a BIG A+ for outstanding service and dedication to their mission of caring for our loved ones. Great Job! Thank you all!
