Okatie Pines Retirement Community

Okatie Pines is an all-inclusive independent senior living community located in Okatie, South Carolina, in the Hilton Head Island area. All services and amenities are included in one monthly rent with no buy-in fee, month-to-month terms, and no hidden fees or long-term leases required.

The community offers resort-style living with three chef-prepared meals daily through its Signature Freedom Dining program, which includes flexible dining hours and a Chef's Pantry with sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, and grab-and-go options. Monthly rent covers television, telephone, internet, full kitchens, weekly housekeeping, maintenance services, and transportation. On-site services include a bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon available for an additional fee.

Residents enjoy an active calendar of programs and activities including fitness classes, card games, movies, live entertainment, workshops, bridge, billiards, bingo, and Bible study. The community features a 150-seat movie theater showing films nightly and a library. A 24-hour concierge and on-site managers provide safety and support. Should additional care be needed, residents may contract with third-party in-home healthcare providers to age in place.

Apartment homes include full kitchens, spacious closets, and walk-in showers with safety features, with some offering patios or balconies. The community comprises 125 apartments. Pets, including cats and dogs, are welcome. The RLC Travel Program allows residents to stay free at guest suites in sister communities across the country.
