Moving here to play golf was a HUGE mistake! The courses are in horrible shape especially the greens and they offer only ridiculous excuses and even more ridiculous solutions to the issues. I have still yet to figure out how the weight of my golf cart in the fairways has destroyed the greens.<br><br>Now they are limiting players on the courses which means only select people get to play.<br><br>At this point I play more rounds out of Sun City which defeats the purpose of moving here.

The golf experience has deteriorated to pathetic. They have destroyed the greens at 2 of the 3 courses due to maintenance mismanagement and continue to overcrowd them due to over expansion of the community without additional golf facilities. To add insult to it, guests are overcharged (as are residents) astronomical prices to play courses that can be ranked with cow pastures.

Thinks they can enforce speed limits. Only police can do that regardless of if it's private property or not.

I'm a resident! NOT fond of HOA's though this one isn't that bad. The security can be a little too much especially when driving here. Finds over the speed limit, are costly.
