My dad was well taken care of while he was there. The staff cared about his well being and did all they could to get stronger. The kitchen staff even went beyond the call of duty and bought foods to accommodate his intolerance to gluten. The staff made sure my mother and I were kept in the loop. Thank you for the good care you provided my Dad while he was there!

Tip top from start to finish. 100% professionals. Experienced compassionate caregivers. Office staff went way way above and beyond meeting our needs in an emergency. Five out of five stars. Would use again anytime. Especial props to Tiffany, the scheduler. She always took our immediately returned my calls, was very easy to communicate with, and bent over backwards to help us. She performed miracles, making sure we had coverage and was even willing to show flexibility as our needs changed from day to day. Five out of five stars. Would use again anytime.

On Easter Day in 2014, I needed immediate assistance with my mother and I called Griswold Home Care. Within hours, a representative from Griswold was at my front door for an interview to find out how they could help. Needless to say, I was impressed! After about one month, my mother had to be admitted to a nursing care facility. She was there for 18 months. Then, in 2016 I brought her back home. Since I do have a job, it was necessary to get a caregiver once more. Naturally, the first agency I called was Griswold Home Care. And, I have been very satisfied with them ever since. It is a great agency! Highly recommended.
