I have worked with the team at Sprenger many times regarding mutual patients, referrals and outreach events. The entire team is friendly, responsive and welcoming. I would especially like to give kudos to Jillian Staub and Amy Propst. Anytime we collaborate the experience is always positive and productive. The services they provide including Skilled. Nursing and rehab , Memory care and Assisted Living are all recommended. I especially like all the support they provide our Veteran community.

I can't say enough positive things about the facility and the amazing people that work there! From the time we were greeted at the front desk by Frank, to all of the help Amy provided to help my get my dad transferred to the facility, it was a match made in heaven. Within days of my dad being there, it felt like he was with family, day and night. Sinthia was my support throughout as being the caregiver for my father was a huge job, and Dawn did an incredible making sure he was taken care of and so was I. Every nurse and assistant went over and beyond make sure my dad was comfortable and cared for right up until he passed.

My father in law Chris Green had a great stay at this facility. The service was excellent and both the CNAs (especially Diamond and Tawanna) and Nursing (especially Amber) were amazing. He truly wished he could have stayed longer to receive more therapy, but unfortunately that’s no fault of the facility. It’s the insurance company. We really appreciate the care.

Dwight Green has been amazing! He was wonderful to our family as we navigated a very difficult and sad situation. He was instrumental in getting the ball rolling with several obstacles we were faced with. He is so very kind and personable. He is definitely a man you want on your side at Sprenger healthcare!

I recently toured the assisted living community at Sprenger Bluffton, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Teia was absolutely fantastic. She was well-versed in every aspect of their services and made sure all my questions were answered. The community felt inviting, well-maintained, and full of life. I left with a great impression and a real sense of peace knowing how caring and dedicated the staff are.
