I would give 0 stars if I could based on the integrity of the sales representatives here. I’m not sure if it was just the one I ran into or if deception is a culture that’s fostered within their business. Came to just visit and see around the community because my family actually purchased a bigger home but I was interested to see what the cottages look like. We all walk in and see a representative speaking with an older lady. My family starts telling them how they love their new home and what it was like living in the cottages before transitioning to the coconut model… the cottages are mainly “center faced” apparently (doesn’t mean anything to me so I’m not sure) but the sales lady did not like something about mentioning that and turns her back to the older lady to where she can no longer see and gets wide eyed, tight lipped & then starts motioning to us to stop talking (like we’re ruining her sale). If you are older I would not recommend coming alone and coming with someone who is knowledgeable! Great community though for what I’ve seen as a visitor just worried about their deceptive behavior… odd.. especially when their audience is 55+… did not get the sales lady name but just be mindful!
