A longtime family friend of ours was a residence at this facility. Countless times he told me he was afraid when it was brought to a nurse's attention she just blew it off to anxiety. He was denied a bed bath. He was In the hospital when he died. I called and spoke with the supervisor regarding his things. I told them I was on my way to pack up his stuff. When I got there all his stuff was gone and thrown into a box and was in the sunroom. Less than 1 hour from the time I called until I got there and this is how he had been treated. His items look like they had been set out for trash. I would not put my dog in this facility!!! So unless you're prepared to spend a lot of time with your loved one I would recommend you find somewhere else.

I am heartbroken and honestly appalled by how this facility treated a grieving family during one of the most painful moments of their lives. A close friend of mine just lost someone she loved dearly. She clearly communicated to staff, just two hours before that she would be arriving to gather his belongings herself. This wasn’t just about items; it was about saying goodbye, about closure, about honoring someone she loved.<br>When she arrived, everything was already packed up. That moment, one that can never be given back,was taken from her without a second thought.What made this even more painful was the complete lack of genuine empathy. The apologies felt hollow, rushed, and insincere. There was no compassion, no understanding, no acknowledgment of the emotional weight of what had just been taken from her. It became obvious that the priority was clearing the room for the next resident that was moving in less than 24 hours after his passing. This is not just poor service, this is a failure in basic human decency.Facilities like this are entrusted with people’s loved ones at their most vulnerable stages in life. That responsibility does not end the moment someone passes away. Families deserve time, respect, and compassion not to be treated like an inconvenience. No one should ever have to walk into a place expecting closure, only to leave with more pain.This facility needs serious changes in how they train staff to handle loss, grief, and communication. No family should ever be made to feel this way again.

I am extremely disappointed with the care my family member received at this rehab facility. He was able to walk when he was admitted, but during his stay, there was little to no effort made to keep him active or continue working on his mobility. We expected physical therapy and consistent support, but that simply did not happen the way it should have. The overall level of care felt very minimal. Basic needs were not handled properly, and communication from staff was lacking. To make matters worse, the food was terrible and did not seem appropriate for someone trying to recover and regain strength. When he was discharged, he was sent home without essential items like a bed pan or proper discharge preparation. It felt rushed and unorganized, and we were left scrambling to make sure he had what he needed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this facility to ask detailed questions about therapy frequency, discharge planning, and patient care standards before making a decision.

The difference between the “regular” halls and rehab hall is night and day. If the other halls ran as well as rehab- I would give 5 stars! The nursing staff and therapy on rehab treated my family member wonderfully as if they were their own. Glad we were able to make the switch
