This was the place my grandfather stayed in. He loved this establishment deeply, always entailing how he enjoyed the service from the workers here. He Especially loved a young woman named Violet as she was always treating him with the up most respect during his time here. I hope this place stays as the faculty is very kind and are hard workers. Thank you so much for all you have done, especially Violet.

There are a lot of truly caring staff here who are wonderful at what they do. However the facility allowed for legal things to happen that should not happen to any resident. My grandparent was not treated with the dignity and respect they deserved in the end. The failed and neglected in the end of their life. The last days my family had with my grandparent The Overlook staff sat by and did nothing to allow her peace in the end of her life. The mistakes and overlook that took place during her time resulted in an undignified end that is inexcusable for a long term care facility. This is something that my family is going to have to live with now. So yes majority of the staff care but watch closely to ensure your loved one is not being taken advantage of under their watch.

Thank you Overlook. My Dad was admitted to the Post Acute unit for 14 days. The medical care and PT rehabilitation he received was outstanding. Upon discharge he had the Overlook team come to his home for further services. They were the best team anyone could have wanted. He is doing so much better. We want to Thank, Stephanie Graves, Cathryn Sipsey, Tonya & Kristen for getting Dad admitted. The Post Acute unit & every staff member for his medical care. Linda Paquin housekeeping for checking in on my Dad every day. Diane from OT, Megan & Joe from OVNA PT. Everyone who works there goes above & beyond providing great care & compassion to the Patients. You are all the best. Thank you from Mr. Donald Piche & Dawn
