I don't understand how this place is still allowed to be open. Whole place smells like urine and unwashed bodies. Whatever happened to actually TAKING CARE of people?!?! Floors are disgusting and dirty. My relative who ended up there had horrible care. When he got there, the bed was not cleaned from the person before him. Dinner for him was literally 7 sweet potatoes fries and a few pieces of "fried chicken" which was just the batter, barely any chicken. Another "meal" was two waffles, plain, no butter or anything, and they were soggy. They also never called the nearest relative when he was sent back to the ER!! This overall lack of care and hygiene is shocking. I pray this place shuts down soon if they don't get their crap together. I beg of you, never send your relative here!!

If I could put a ton of negative stars I would!! If you hate yourself or your family member, then this is the place!! I've never in my life seen or heard of a nursing home or rehab run worse!! ETA According to this place, this is supposed to be a healthy meal for a diabetic on a low carb diet
