My experience at the Meadows started out great, but quickly went down hill. I’ll leave out the details in fear of retaliation from staff, but the communication is horrendous at best. (Really, non existent!) The nurses are nice when you are there visiting but it’s easy to tell it’s a face. I am also very unimpressed by their medical staff. They MUST be wildly understaffed because it seems like they can’t be bothered to address very SERIOUS issues brought up by family members, I mean it’s been weeks and still nothing has been done. I wish we weren’t so poor so we could move our family member out of this mess.

My mother was a resident. Homey environment, clean, welcoming, laid back, quiet, good nursing staff, attentive, nice activities, dining area, good communication with DAYTIME nursing staff and resident’s family. Phone system needs an overhaul, though. Is difficult getting someone to answer the phone after 5 and without being disconnected multiple times. Overall a decent place for a loved one who needs skilled nursing and round the clock care.

This place is a HORROR SHOW. Understaffed, lack of professional quality care, lack of skilled workers, under new management again. Do not send your loved ones here unless you expect to not see them again. I have no idea how they are open. Leah, Maudi, and the rest of the staff have no right to be in the medical field and working with people’s life’s. I cannot give 0 stars so they get a one star.

I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. The entire team has gone above and beyond in caring for my uncle, and I am so incredibly grateful. From Lisa in the business office to the sweet receptionist on the weekends, and every single nurse and staff member in between—they are truly amazing and work very hard to ensure my uncle receives the best care. Everytime I visit, the facilities are clean and the environment is cheerful. It is evident that even during a time when facilities face staffing shortages, the team at the Meadows does everything they can to make sure their residents are being properly cared for. Thank you for taking great care of my uncle and thank you for all you do!
