If I could give this place negative stars, I would. In fact, they deserve an entire galaxy of negative stars. Rats and mice are running around this facility like they own the place — across the floors, down the halls, and straight into patient rooms. They are chewing on dressings, crawling into beds, and putting vulnerable people at serious risk. This isn’t “a problem.” This is a full‑blown health hazard. And the worst part? They denied it. They looked my family member in the eye and said there were no rats and accused him of doing drugs. Well guess what — one was caught on video. So not only is the facility infested, they’re also trying to cover it up. How is this place still open? How is this allowed? When rodents are chewing on dressing ties and even toes and walkers, when patients recovering from infections are being exposed to literal vermin, that is not “poor conditions.” That is dangerous, negligent, and absolutely unacceptable. There are countless reviews describing the same thing. This isn’t an isolated incident. This is a pattern. A disgusting, unsafe, shameful pattern. This facility needs to be investigated immediately. And until they can provide basic human standards of cleanliness and safety, they should not have a single patient in their care. My god — what is wrong with the people running this place?

Let's start with social services they have no communication with each other. I was suppose to go hoe on a Friday and they. Said I told them I was homeless. I had to call Florida (my lanlord) to tell them I had a place to go. Then Monday they told me I couldn't leave because I had no pop doctor I was. There 4 months you think that would have come up sooner. They were also suppose to get me a person for home care. That never happened. The pt & ot people were. Great. When I got there I had my foot and part of my leg amputated I couldn't even stand on one leg. I left o crutches. Day nurses were great also especially Crissy. She was very friendly and I always got my meds same time every day she worked. The night nurse's not so much some don't seem like they want to be there. One more thing there have a mouse problem Sorry for the long venting but people should know.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care and support I've received here at Parsons Hill. From the moment I arrived I have felt welcomed and safe. A special mention goes to Krystal G, the social worker, and Isabela H, the ADON, and Karen the DON and Norma the Administrator. They are a team of unmatched professionals who treats every resident like gold. The whole team at Parsons Hill (from kitchen, to bosses, etc), are the best and they saved my life!

From the very start I was received with open arms and I’ve felt comfortable ever since. The nursing staff seems to know everything they need to know about my medication and my condition and were pleasant Nd able to help me with everything I needed. I am a paraplegic and there is a lot that has to be done with my care. Surprsingly enough, the food and laundry is great I always get my clothes back the next day. The room is spotless and I get along with the residents here and I haven’t had a problem that I can think of with anybody here at all. Chrizzie the nurse takes good care of me, and the nurse AMAZING GRACE, and the CNA adriana is the best. They are all great really even the young ones.

I came to Parsons Hill with two infections in my spine and after 3 weeks I'm leaving nice and healthy. The treatment at Parsons Hill was amazing, the nurses, the staff, the food, everything was absolutely amazing. Every time I ask for something, they get it done for me. The place was spotless clean. I will recommend Parsons Hill to anyone who's seeking good treatment. I have no complaints whatsoever.
