I will actually be referring to this place based on the information I have been able to gather about it. I have the impression that it is a community where elderly and low-income people can find excellent living conditions with appropriate facilities suited to their needs. The apartments are spacious and well-lit, and the facilities appear well-maintained. Residents can make payments and request maintenance tasks online through a dedicated app, which not only saves time but also eliminates the need to go to the offices in person. Overall, I have a very positive impression of the place.
