Victoria, Nursing was absolutely perfect. The detail of every single staff Number is incredible. They remember who you are where you’re going. The food is excellent. I’m on a diet because I’m a diabetic and the food was excellent. The The. Customer service with every management of position is on top. They are just really go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. This is very painful operation which I had the Knee replacement and they absolutely in the physical therapy. Department is just beyond. I’m sorry I can’t remember names and but considering the dates I’m gonna be here. Please look that up. I can’t believe it. My mother was sent here after being really ill and bedridden for 2 weeks at Mercy Hospital. A complicated UTI that went into the bloodstream. I'd preface this that my mother is not the best patient by any means and needs a lot of patience and support because of her anxious nature. The infection left her kidneys extremely weak so she needed dialysis. They would promptly get her up at 6 bathe her and send her down to get dialysis. No warm blanket, none of her prescribed psychiatric medications to relax her, until I had to step in and make a fuss about it. They also did not follow up labs for her previous infection which turned out never fully resolved and required her to return to a hospital (this time Mount Sinai) under the pretext of a necessary blood transfusion as per rehab. The hospital found the UTI again and finally resolved after a week. When asked about discharge plans my mother and I both adamantly refused readmission to this center as she had regained substantial mobility and I honestly fear that her other medical issues would not be taken care of appropriately if she had gone back. Either way they don't look too capable as the facilities and patient rooms look dated. Her room felt like a 70s nightmare. An extremely loud oxygen machine that was driving her insane. Plus, a random loud mechanical banging coming from near the restroom that would startle us both. Other than that the nurses were nice and attentive but I can't say the therapy staff cared much at all as I witnessed her on a wheelchair just cast to the side begging for water and a warm blanket as she was cold and numerous staff members just walked by. A day after she arrived I was asked to leave a review. That felt like a red flag. A good rehab won't beg for reviews. On top of gaining mobility they would not let her go and threatened not helping us get HHA services if she left AMA. She wouldn't comply to well with PT as she felt it was a waste and she was moving about all over her room yet "she can't go"... Don't let Medicare get milked by these guys or any rehab, make sure your loved ones are actually getting good care.

Great center for nursing and rehabilitation. From Jackie Morris in admitting who expedited an admiral over the Thanksgiving holiday to the nursing staff and nursing assistants. This place is where you want your loved ones to recover. Special mention to Milagros Sotolongo my father’s patient advocate for the care and spirit of helping. Your input has been essential! Thank you all!
