I want to express my deepest gratitude to Vivian, the nursing supervisor, and the entire staff at this facility for the exceptional care and support they provided during one of the most difficult moments for my family. From the very beginning, everyone demonstrated incredible human qualities, compassion, professionalism, and respect. Vivian stood out for her leadership, effectiveness, empathy, and dedication, making sure that our family felt supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way. The entire team treated us with kindness and dignity, and their attention to detail and genuine concern made a tremendous difference during such a challenging time. Having a team of professionals who truly care brought comfort and peace to our family. We will always be grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and exceptional service we received. Thank you, Vivian, and thank you to all the staff for your dedication and for making such a difficult experience a little easier to bear. Your work truly matters and will never be forgotten.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to three exceptional members of this institution, as well as to the entire staff. from the security guards to the housekeeping team. The care my father received on the fourth floor during his nearly two-month stay was truly remarkable. I am beyond grateful for the compassion, dedication, and love shown by Nurse Ileana, Nurse Lazara, and CNA Lourdes. Their kindness went far beyond their professional duties. They treated my father as if he were a member of their own family, always providing comfort, dignity, and genuine care. As a daughter, I will always be deeply grateful for everything they did for my father and for the support they provided to our family during such a difficult time. Their compassion made a lasting difference, and I will never forget their kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I visited my aunt today and she was happy with the service she is receiving, the facility was very clean and not foolish smell, she told me that the breakfast was abundant and good, she has only been there for a day, I’ll follow up on the attention she receive. So far looks good and can be recommended. I got parking spot inside the facility. If things continue as of today I’ll change my stars to five

I recently visited a family member at the University Plaza Rehab and was very impressed. The facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They took the time to answer questions and made the visit feel welcoming and reassuring.

I have been to a few different facilities in the past few months for my father and my experience with this place University Health is extremely nice, and clean. The staff is very friendly caring and compassionate. They also go above and beyond to help and make sure the patient feels comfortable and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone 5 Stars across the board 😁
