My dad was resident at Riverside for almost 1.5 years. This place made his life so much better; the staff are extremely attentious and always eager to do their best. They often go out of their way to help residents and their families with everyday problems that arise. They treat residents with utmost care and have excellent communication with family members. Moving my dad to an assisted living facility was not an easy decision, but Riverside helped him regained his strength and mental health. The facilities are simple but pleasant and extremely clean.

I have a very nice experience with my family at Riverside center every one has been amazing and kind it’s like family. I really like the upgrades to the facility.

My father lives at Riverside and is so happy there he loves the food and the staff treats him so well. I’m so happy with the care he is receiving. Thank you to the therapy dept. who have done such a great job in keeping him mobile. Thank you so much Riverside for all you do.

Riverside is very caring with my grandma and they make us feel like family. Nursing staff and administration are very welcoming. I’m very happy with the care she receving.

I'm only reviewing based on what we saw. The building is decrepit, so sad! Some areas have just been painted over over the years, and other things are in their original status from whatever long ago it was built. Everywhere smells old and like mold. We visited to consider moving our relative there, and it is an absolute no-go from the 4 of us. I think I would die of depression living in such decay. We have no idea about care, administration, food, services, and such, so again, this review is solely based on what we saw.
