Horrible front desk. Instead of transferring you she puts you on hold and makes you wait hours most of the time you never get to talk to the nurses. She is also very rude and disrespectful.

Our family is completely devastated by the loss that occurred after my grandfather was sent to this rehab center. We want to make it clear that we are not placing the blame entirely on the staff at this facility, because we also strongly believe the hospital failed by discharging him to a rehab center that was not properly equipped or capable of caring for a patient in his condition. However, families still deserve to know the reality of what we experienced here. The pictures shown online do not reflect the actual conditions we saw. The floor my grandfather stayed on constantly smelled like urine, and the nurse-to-patient ratio was extremely concerning and created what we believe to be a serious safety issue. My grandfather sadly passed away after being there for not even two full days. He was found unresponsive around 7 AM, and with the level of staffing and lack of monitoring we witnessed, it is heartbreaking but not surprising to us. A vulnerable patient should never be sent somewhere that cannot properly monitor or care for them. Also elevators are very slow and apparently theres no staircase. What also adds to our frustration is that our family’s previous review was ignored while responses were made to positive reviews. We will continue speaking out until we receive answers and acknowledgment regarding what happened to our grandfather. This is not about attacking individuals. It is about accountability, patient safety, proper staffing, and ensuring no other family experiences this kind of loss and heartbreak.

My grandfather passed away less than two days after being sent to this rehab center, and our family is devastated. In our experience, there appeared to be a serious lack of staffing and proper medical equipment needed to care for critically ill patients. There were no continuous monitors for vitals or respirations — extremely important things for someone in my grandfather’s condition. We strongly feel the rehab center was not properly prepared to care for a patient this sick, and the hospital should never have transferred him there without ensuring the facility had the appropriate level of care and equipment available. What hurts even more is that my grandfather was found during shift change since my grandma was called at approximately 7 AM that he was unresponsive. Leaving us questioning how long he may have been declining without anyone noticing or checking on him. Maybe if he was checked on earlier measures would’ve been taken to call an ambulance or start a code. No family should have to wonder if more attentive care could have changed the outcome. I hope this review encourages accountability, better staffing, and safer care for future patients and families.

My aunt recently completed a rehabilitation stay at this facility, and the level of care she received was exceptional. The nursing staff, therapists, and support team were attentive, patient, and truly committed to her recovery. They took the time to communicate with us regularly, answer our questions, and explain her treatment plan in a way we could easily understand. The therapy department worked with her consistently and helped her regain strength and confidence, ultimately allowing her to return home safely. The environment was clean, well-organized, and focused on resident comfort and dignity. We are sincerely grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown to my mother during her stay. I highly recommend this facility to any family seeking quality rehabilitation care.
