The rooms in these pictures are nothing like the rooms. The patients are actually in. I’m sure they were taken for advertisement reasons. The furniture is old. I would give it too star but the personnel is very sweet and professional.

To who this may concern, on March 20, 2026 my wife returned to the facility where she been staying for about a month from the hospital. When she got there on March 20 in the afternoon, the staff put it in a different room than where she was staying at before we realize that she didn’t have her clothes from the last room so we asked where is her clothes and her other stuff The hosts tell us that her clothes was in the storage and the does not work on the weekend. We said that’s fine. We understand not everybody work on the weekend. And that Monday, we ask the staff and the nurses where is her clothes it’s Monday and her clothes should’ve been here all day Monday. She didn’t get any clothes or her stuff from the storage. The staff and the Nurses was giving us the runaround. On Tuesday, I went up to one of your nurse. Her name is Lismary I tell her the problem that we was having She get on the phone and make a phone call in less than an hour my Close was in her room. I just want to say thank to LisMary for taking the extra time and effort to find my wife close and let the upper management know that Liz Mary is a very outstanding nurse without her. My wife would still be wearing her hospital gown. Sam & Barbara Demming

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my mother received during her stay at this facility. When I visited her, I found her covered in fecal matter because her colostomy bag had been leaking and had not been changed. I was later told that some nurses were not familiar with the system she uses, which is very concerning for a medical facility. There were also serious communication failures. Staff told me my mother had a good day, but she later informed me that she had vomited earlier that day. As her legal guardian and healthcare proxy, incidents like this should have been communicated to me immediately. Despite confirming with a respiratory therapist that her CPAP machine was properly set up, my mother informed me that she did not wear the CPAP that night. In addition, the oxygen cannulas I brought from home were not used. Instead, she was placed on a very short cannula that did not allow her to reach the bathroom safely. Staff had to unplug the oxygen concentrator and roll it into the bathroom so she could relieve herself, which is clearly unsafe. My mother also requires assistance with daily living activities due to tardive dyskinesia, including getting dressed, brushing her hair, cleaning her dentures, and eating. I was also concerned that she was not receiving her proper medications or prescribed breathing treatments. Due to these serious concerns regarding her care and safety, I have since removed my mother from this facility. I hope the administration takes these issues seriously and works to improve the quality of care and communication provided to residents and their families.

Coral Reef is a good facility. Spent 2 months here, the staff has been great. Sashi the ADON is really nice, she helped me when I had questions and concerns. I had a few good CNA's, two of which are Esther and Mileidis who work as a team, also Hector, Yamile, Nayra, Adrian,Yaneiris, Johnnie. They attended to my needs quickly. I also had good nurses, but the 4 I mostly got along with were; Lismary, Claudia, Shari and Maria B. They gave me my meds on a timely manner, always respectful and always asked if I needed anything. Therapy was great as well, good therapists. They helped me get my strength back being wheelchair bound I needed a lot of therapy. Ignacio, night shift supervisor, was who greeted me on my first night and immediately helped me when i had an issue and switched my cna a few times as requested. Omar, the weekend supervisor has also been attentive to any complaints, or switch of CNA as requested. Activities Directors Natasha and Sheila are great, they had a lot of activities I enjoyed. Lastly, Rosemary, the concierge was great. She listened to all my concerns about the facility and helped fix situations I had with the food/kitchen. Overall a great staff in this facility.
