Griswold Care Pairing Miami-Dade was a great help when I needed to find care for my dad. The office staff was kind, responsive, and took the time to understand what we needed. They acted quickly and were able to help us find a caregiver almost immediately. I really appreciated how easy they made the process and the personal attention they gave our family. Griswold Care Pairing Miami-Dade has helped me several times when I needed care for my mother, both at home and while she was in a rehabilitation center. Each time, the office staff was responsive, caring, and worked hard to find the right caregiver for her needs. On one occasion, they were able to arrange care within just a few hours, which was incredibly helpful. The caregiver they referred was kind, dependable, and attentive, helping my mother with her daily care and making sure she was comfortable. I truly appreciated the personal attention and support we received from the Griswold Home Care Miami-Dade team and would highly recommend them to families looking for dependable care for a loved one.

I highly recommend working with Griswold Pinecrest. They are professional and have great communication with the family regarding the care they provide. The aides that worked with my mom were excellent. They provided the loving care one wants when dealing with a parent. Our aide became like family to us. Griswold worked with our long term health insurance company and there was never a problem with reimbursements. Thank you Griswold for all you did to make our mother's remaining days as good as they were.

I am the daughter of the person that was actually receiving care and I could not be happier with the service we received for our Mom. All of us kids now live out of state and we really had to depend on our caregivers so much. Even when Mom was at the end and we had Hospice come, we still needed the support of our Griswold caregivers that now had become like family to us. I can say that hiring through Griswold definitely gave Mom a much better quality of life. They were enthusiastic about keeping her active and since they all had transportation available to her, she no longer had to rely on risky Uber services. They became like family to her as well. Bob Kemper and his team at Griswold Home Care truly go above and beyond the call. They treat their clients like family. During the hurricane last fall, they left their own families to ensure that their clients were safe. Not only that, Bob activated a national support structure that jumped in on the hurricane support as well! I would trust Bob and his team with the care of any of my friends or family!
