A lot of empathy from all of them. The aida super good. They helped with bathing and I was impressed how they handle you to give you a good bath. My respect to them.
The therapists they are all so caring! Thanks to them I am walking out with my knee doing so much better! I am very bad with names but I think all of them worked with me at some point and they were all excellent.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the West Gables
Health Care Center for the exceptional care they provided to my aunt, Maria Xiques, during her more
than two-week stay following her knee replacement surgery in March 2026. From the
moment she arrived, every member of the team demonstrated remarkable
professionalism, compassion, and dedication, all of which played a vital role in her swift
and successful recovery.
First, I want to praise the administrative staff, especially those in the social services office.
Their professionalism and quick attention to every detail, whether it involved scheduling
appointments, coordinating care, or working diligently with my aunt’s insurance, gave our
family tremendous peace of mind. They ensured she received the appropriate coverage
and all necessary benefits without delay, and their communication was always clear,
timely, and supportive.
I am also incredibly grateful to all the nurses and CNAs who cared for my aunt around the
clock. Their empathy, patience, and consistent attentiveness made an enormous
difference each day. They treated her with dignity and kindness, always ensuring she was
comfortable, heard, and well-supported. Their presence was a source of comfort not only
to her but to our entire family.
The physical therapy team deserves special recognition as well. Thanks to their
dedication and the daily sessions they carefully planned and supervised, my aunt made
remarkable progress in her mobility. Their encouragement, expertise, and personalized
approach accelerated her recovery and helped her regain confidence in her movement
much sooner than expected.
Finally, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who plays a role in the daily
operations of the facility, including doctors, activity and entertainment staff, and all support
personnel. Everyone contributed in an important way to creating a safe, positive, and
healing environment. Every interaction reflected efficiency, compassion, and a genuine
commitment to my aunt’s well-being.
We are truly grateful for the exceptional care she received, and our family will always
remember the kindness and professionalism shown by the entire team at West Gables
Health Care Center.

My grandmother stayed at this center for two months due to serious respiratory issues and weakness. From the very beginning , the care she received was excellent. The doctors, therapist, nurses and all the staff were attentive, compassionate, and professional. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this facility.
West Gables Health Care Center is an excellent place. From the moment you arrive, you can see the professionalism and dedication of the staff. The assistants and nurses are very caring, attentive, and always make sure patients receive quality care with respect and compassion.
I would especially like to recognize the night receptionist, who provides exceptional service. She always greets everyone with a smile and a kind attitude, making people feel welcome and comfortable.

Excellent care facility for elderly. Starting with the first call to Mike in patient services who got me on the right path, then to Norma at the business office, who assisted us with the daunting task of the health care paperwork during a couple of holidays
(Thanksgiving/Christmas) to Virginia, my go to nurse when I answer and she would see to it immediately, and last but not least, the physical therapist, Alexandra was not only wonderful, but also returned my phone calls EVERY SINGLE TIME, as I called her from overseas and she provided me the much needed assistance at the time, just want to say THANKS. Social Services Blanca and Rosaura, who patiently explained the process.
The premises are always clean, and the patients are well taken care of and clean. Food service provided a menu with plenty of choices and the center does provide various activities throughout the day for the elderly.
Thanks to all that made it a little easier for me to gather and process all information, care and assistance needed for our family member.
