absolutely horrible! my great grandmother went here and was left unattended (only being tended too when changed and washed / fed )for 2 weeks with already very low functioning kidneys. floors and rooms were trashed, and had holes in the walls. 0/5 would not recommend.

My abuelita was transferred here after suffering from a stroke. They took the absolute worst care of her!!! This place is extremely negligent!!! The doctor said he’d been in to see her. The doctor never came and never reached out again after that. She left this place very dehydrated and starving!! Do not leave your loved ones here!!!!!

If you want your loved one to be neglected, take them here. My grandma was neglected, acquired an infection, and the place was a MESS! She would’ve been better off at a casino with an open bar than this place. At least she would’ve had a good time. This was terrible and set her back. Thankfully we have relocated her but DO NOT place your loved one here.

Worst place ever, my great grandma went here and got a UTI, never saw a doctor, and was severely dehydrated. The place she stayed at looked like a tornado swept into it bruh. Do NOT stay here.

Outstanding Care, Compassion, and Professionalism From the moment my father arrived until the day he departed, the care he received was nothing short of exceptional. He was treated with professionalism, respect, dignity, love, and genuine compassion every single day. I truly loved everything about his experience, from admission through discharge. From day one, I had the pleasure of meeting everyone involved in my father’s care. The social workers, Ms. Andrea Nichols and Ms. Melissa Heilbron, were more than social workers to us — they became our therapists. They truly listened, showed deep care and concern, offered great advice, remained extremely professional, kept me well informed, and genuinely cared about both my father and me. I am truly grateful to them and their department for the unwavering support they provided during this journey. I also want to sincerely thank the nurses, doctors, housekeeping staff, administration team, therapists, dietitians, and kitchen staff. Every department worked together seamlessly, and every individual was wonderful, helpful, caring, professional, and loving. You all went above and beyond to support my father and me, and I appreciate each of you from the bottom of my heart. A very special thank you to Ms. Jackson and Ms. Charmaine — you both will forever hold a special place in my heart. You took on the most challenging responsibilities: changing, bathing, feeding my father, and consistently going the extra mile. Your compassion and dedication did not go unnoticed. I also deeply appreciate all of the CNAs who assisted in my father’s care. May God bless each and every one of you. To the entire team, I wish you a safe, joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year filled with abundance. If I have forgotten to mention anyone by name, please charge it to my mind and not my heart — my gratitude extends to everyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or nursing care, whether short-term or long-term. I was initially afraid due to past reviews, but I thank God that I trusted my heart. Those reviews reflected past administrations and staff, not the incredible team currently in place. You all are truly amazing. My father entered in August 2025 following a serious accident in July 2025, unable to do much of anything on his own. Through your therapy, motivation, encouragement, and unwavering support, he was able to graduate and successfully exit in December 2025. Today, he is able to eat on his own, hold his spoon and cup, take more steps, and stand stronger — progress I once feared might not be possible. To anyone searching for a rehabilitation center or nursing facility, I HIGHLY recommend South Dade Nursing and Rehabilitation. With heartfelt gratitude, Kimberly Mincey
