My mother’s health took a turn for the worse last September. She suddenly needed personal care 24:7. I was very concerned and especially so, because I live out of state. Stephanie is highly responsive and returned our calls immediately and was attentive to my Mother’s needs and concerns. My mother is alert and a retired physician, so she is a discerning patient. Stephanie handled calls and concerns with grace and professionalism, always. She made sure that the aides were qualified and tat they were a good fit for my Mother in terms of personality, too. The aides are attentive and prompt, which is imperative. We had called independent personal care people, too, but they varied in responsiveness. Some did not return calls for days.
