My grandmother was a patient there and was really well cared for during a 6 months stay. I wouldn't hesitate to put another relative there

I was at Monument Health Bountiful recently and I want to thank all the staff CNAs, Nurses and staff for helping me get better and go home. The staff, food, therapy and environment was overall very good. If you need to take your love ones here I would higher recommend them!! such a great team!!

Horrible place . Staff dont seem like they care . Picked up a deceased person and took him my care he was so filthy ear wax his feet looked like they hadn't been washed in months . The place stunk it was dirty. I would never put someone I love in this facility. Shame on u people!!
