South Davis Specialty Care is part of the South Davis Community Hospital Campus in Bountiful, Utah, a healthcare community offering high-acuity skilled nursing for patients of all ages, from infancy through adulthood. The campus also includes Western Peaks Specialty Hospital, which provides adult and pediatric long-term acute care (LTAC).
Care at South Davis Specialty Care is delivered around the clock by a dedicated nursing team, supported by on-site physicians and advanced practitioners. The program is designed for patients requiring intensive monitoring and specialized treatments, including dialysis and high respiratory needs.
