This building remodel looks amazing and new, bright lights and friendly faces everywhere. The staff here is completely different than years past. Wonderful place for rehab, long term care, respite, etc!

It is a beautiful place and everyone that I've talked to has taken extra special care to make sure our new resident gets taken care of. They have a wonderful friendly staff ready to help at every turn. Wide hallways, light coming into every room. A bright and clean feeling. The church services are very nice. They bring you an iPad in your room if you don't feel well enough to go in and join everyone else. It is still under renovation so part of the old hospital is not quite as up-to-date as the new part. If you are looking at the renovations you might think it's a little under construction but that doesn't bother me. The new part has perfectly beautiful and large smart TVs and every room and every resident has their own adjustable computer that can swing around and they can play games or listen to music or talks or supposedly watch TV (although we haven't figured that out yet). There is a cafe eating area,a snack corner, a beautiful visiting area and there is an activity room with a piano for residents. This is a fairly new place I think it's only been there a year and a half. The building is the first American fork hospital. So is a very historic building. It is laid out like a hospital with long hallways and little arms judging out. But every room seems to have good lighting. I will mention that there isn't a lot of storage space so don't come thinking you're going to bring much. The closet has room to hang things and a lower level to put a few things. There is a three drawer small dresser next to every bed. And that's the storage. There isn't anything else. The bathroom really doesn't have room for storage either so the room on top of the little dresser is really the only place to put decorative things like flowers besides maybe the windowsill.
