I love this company because of the flexibility. Being able to pick up shifts is great. They respond fast to questions and are very helpful. It has been hard to pick up shift because there are not many options in Logan where I live. Also the times I try to pick up a shift they cancel it. I’m sure it will pick up and I will eventually get a shift and I am excited to finally start.

Interim is a great company to work for . I love how convenient it is to pick up shifts and make an extra income . The facilities and locations interim uses for shifts are great . With our families busy lifestyles, being a mom , a nurse and a children’s book author / author the opportunity to pick up shifts a few days a week and push towards my goals is possible . I’m grateful for this company and the facilities I’ve had the opportunity to work in . Thank you for letting me be apart of your team.

I just got hired on and they have had good communication and they help me set up my onboarding fast. They are very kind and easy to work with. One thing is that I got multiple messages from many different numbers and so many emails it got confusing and hard to understand what the most important thing was to complete. Overall they are a great company!

To Whom It May Concern With one of my Interm Home Healthcare care givers being replaced, after excepting a position in another are of employment. I submit the following personal statement of review for both Teagan Pinales and Kristina Brubaker. They are both 10’s that go above and beyond, while demonstrating a genuine commitment to fulfilling all of my needs during my extended recovery. Their compassion, responsiveness, and willingness could not be better. Ensuring my concerns are addressed. Never leaving a shift without asking if there’s anything else that they can do for me. Throughout my interactions with them. I have found them to be knowledgeable, respectful, and dedicated to providing an exceptional level of care. All while showing both dignity & respect. In addition to ensuring clear communication & follow through. The positive attitudes and willingness to assist/care for me, has made this the best post op care i’ve ever experienced. Having undergone many procedures. Employees such as Teagan Pinales and Kristina Brubaker are a tremendous asset in there positions. The dedication, work ethic & commitment to excellence they display, is unmatched. Respectfully, Joseph Martinez

I’ve known the owners, Mike and Natalie, for a few years now, and they truly are wonderful people. They, along with their management team, create a supportive and positive environment, it’s clear they genuinely care about the people and client's they work with. I’ve been in healthcare for 16 years, including 11 years in management and scheduling, and recently made the transition to Interim. I was looking for a company that could align with my needs and values, especially when it comes to integrity, reliability, and maintaining strong standards of care. In the agency setting, things can sometimes feel a bit “sink or swim,” since you’re stepping into new environments and expected to adapt quickly. Because of that, the level of support you receive behind the scenes makes a huge difference. They also offer benefits and resources that aren’t always common in agency roles, which really reflects their commitment to their staff. On top of that, they’re a team that listens, values feedback and is always looking for ways to improve and stay adaptable to the industry. I’ve felt welcomed and supported from the start. I would absolutely recommend Interim to anyone looking for a professional and supportive healthcare organization.
