My Mother just went home yesterday from a long 6mo stay... I Wish we could give them a 10 star rating!!!! I was blown away with how loving and attendant they were with mom! I've never been to a home like this that, is clean and smells are never an issue!!!! I can't say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the staff and facility!!
If mom ever has to go back into a care facility, I can only pray it will be this amazing place!!
Thank you for taking such good care of my mamma ❤️❤️❤️

Apparently they were understaffed and a resident was hurt needlessly, and the Executive director and the Director of Nursing tried to cover it up? And they are still employed...

I have been in the long term care for over 10+ years and I have to say this Facility has the most caring staff I have ever seen. The nursing team, therapies, dietary, EVERYONE goes above and beyond everyday. It amazes me how much of a family this place feels. "Our residents and patients are more than just the people we serve. They are valued members of our EmpRes family". This is not just a mission statement. It's reality in this place. I've seen it firsthand...

My grandma recently stayed here for therapy. We were so worried about not visiting due to Covid 19 plus we do not live near by. We talked with her every day and the staff were friendly and kept us updated on everything and answered all of our questions. Grandma is back home now and thriving. I would recommend this place to others and I give them 5 stars!
