I want to acknowledge and thank everyone who works at Regency!! My mom has been there several times this past year and every time, everyone from: the admissions team, the medical professionals: nursing, aides, doctors; the kitchen/dietician and physical therapists (apologies I can't remember everyone's name)!!!!!! They work hard to provide the best care possible and truly care about each of their residents and do a wonderful job. They made my mom feel very comfortable and heard when she had questions. I highly recommend Regency for skilled nursing care, my mom was able to get discharged and wanted to thank everyone she worked with💗💗💗💗 keep up the great work you are doing!

I will be checking out tomorrow after an unexpected stay of 2 weeks. Working with all the staff here after knee replacement surgery, has been what I needed to start my rode to recovery. Aids, nurses, physical and occupational therapist have worked great with me from total help getting from bed into a wheelchair and toilet. Then to use of walker along with wheelchair as I needed. I also really enjoyed all the food prepared. A very wide and nice variety.

My grandmother has been at this facility for almost 4 years and she is always well cared for. Her room is clean, the facility doesn't have that typical "old folks home" smell, it's always clean, not once have I ever heard a patient's room alarm go off, much less be ignored and the staff are always super attentive with grandma's care! Every patient that I've seen when I've visited is clean and smiling or entertained. I've never heard cries or screams or yelling from upset clients during any of my visits. This facility seems to be the rare find of a lifetime!! Caring, empathetic and responsive care across the board!

After a health crisis requiring hospitalization my LO spent weeks in rehabilitation. He has been in long term care for 111 days. During that time he has consistently had excellent care. It seems Regency's philosophy of care is just right and they maintain committed staff, train staff to achieve their goal. We have interacted with just about everyone employed and have always felt our best interest was theirs as well. Special thanks time the 900 unit staff, therapists, social workers, housekeeping. Activists, food service, and many others not mentioned. Highly recommend Regency at the Park for best care.

Recently spent two weeks at Regency at the Park. My experience was awesome! The care was consistently 5 star. Nothing is perfect, but they come pretty close. Everyone I interacted with was caring and positive! They made sure I had everything I needed. I think the staff genuinely cares about the residents.
