I found my client dead this morning and all Mercedes and Lorena cared about was getting me to sub for other caregivers. No condolences for the loss of someone I have been caring for. No sorry I'm going through this. Utter lack of any sort of sympathy or empathy.

0ur caregivers have b are caregivers have been so helpful with all my husband's needs he actually has shown quite a bit of improvement since they have been here they are on time they follow their all his needs all his therapies that he needs help him with tasks around the house that he used to be able to do which is very helpful for me as well I just can't say enough and we really enjoyed our visits with Mercedes who was here today to just help us fine-tune all the caregiving which is so helpful so it's been a blessing we appreciate everybody and I just give them the highest accommodations thank you to give him all the stars you haven't sent it yet 😔
