Our family has had an exceptional experience with the memory care team at Eagle Springs. From the very beginning, the staff has shown genuine compassion, patience, and respect toward my sister. They take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment that truly feels like home.<br>The caregivers are attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for. Communication with me has been excellent, and I appreciate being kept informed and involved.<br>The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers engaging activities that encourage social interaction and help residents maintain their dignity and quality of life. Entrusting a loved one to memory care is never easy. I'm tasked with my sister's care from the other side of the country, which adds another level of difficulty. To help ease the transition into care, Eagle Springs accommodated my sisters wish to keep her two cats. When I call to ask about her condition they know, like there's a personal connection. When there's a problem, they let me know. My sister says the meals are delicious (I didn't expect that), and her caregivers are patient and kind. I can call and speak with my sister, as she can no longer manage her phone. I appreciate you, Eagle Springs!

My husband has been at Eagle Springs Memory Care Center for 2.5 years in his 11 year dementia journey. The staff are caring, knowledgeable and supportive as he travels through the final stages of this horrible disease. They keep me informed of any issue and respond to any concern or question I have had. I am comforted knowing he is safe, warm, gently cared for in ways I can no longer provide for him.
