I have found a home at Cascade Valley Assisted Living. I am truly grateful for all of the staff. It is a tremendous relief knowing that help is readily available when I need it. On the other hand, I still get to direct my care and live as independently as possible. I am so grateful that CVAL had a place for me!

I have a lot of confidence in your staff and nurses . After all you do seem to care and take good care of your patients. Also the place seems to be relatively clean. During the hard time of the Covid pandemic I’m sure you did the best that could possibly be done. With the shortage of staff and the shortage of nurses and medical professionals. Although I wish I could spend more time with my mother my job is very demanding especially through the Covid pandemic. I’m happy that when you have falls and other medical problems you call me and fill me in on the incident’s. Hopefully I’ll be finished with my training at my new job in Twin Falls I’d and get to spend Christmas with my mother. But anyway I do trust you people at Cascade Valley assistance living and memory care with the care of my mother. The only complaint I have your corporate seems to keep having transportation issues with having transportation for your patients and that does concern me I no that in your business having transportation for all the different kids of handicapped illnesses that you deal with on a daily basis that the logistics can very and can be overwhelming. Hopefully your corporate office can take a look at this transportation problem and fix it. Are at least find a harmonious agreement. Because after all this is one of my questions in the beginning and your care included transportation at the time. Other than that I’m happy with the way you care for my mother I no that mom can be stubborn it must run in the family because I’m hard headed and stubborn to.

My mom just got moved in and Heather made sure the transition was as smooth as possible. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And the facility is absolutely gorgeous, super clean and very inviting. Definitely recommend Cascade Valley for anyone looking for a assisted living facility!

It was a relief to me to have found Cascade Valley Memory Care with a room available for my husband living with Dementia. It became more of a comfort to both of us when we moved him into what I feel is a comprehensive, skilled and caring facility. Heather Oleson and Jessica Diaz were the first staff members I became acquainted with. Their authentic care for us was felt and gratefully received. My family from Seattle were allowed to help move their Dad into CV with the ease and assistance of the staff and personnel. We enjoyed decorating my husband's spacious room and getting acquainted with the friendly staff and residents. It became clear to me that the staff is well trained with the skills of caring for residents with Dementia. Although many staff played a role in caring for my husband, I would like to acknowledge Amanda who went above and beyond assisting my husband. She even helped bathe and shave him prepping him to look and feel "handsome" just prior to his going to his medical doctor's appointment. I live in a town nearby and certainly feel comfortable sharing our positive experience at Cascade Valley AL/MC, Milton-Freewater, OR.

The last couple of years have been pretty tough on everyone and my parents both went to live at Cascade Valley. The staff have been fantastic, especially Heather Oleson. She has had to deal with mom quite regularly which can be challenging to say the least.
