Luther Village

Luther Village is a full-equity ownership retirement community for active adults 55 and older located in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Structured as a cooperative where residents own stock in the entire community rather than purchasing an entrance fee, Luther Village offers residents the opportunity to realize market value and appreciation in their homes.
