I cannot say enough of how wonderful Melissa and Jason have been through the application process for my sister. They called back in timely matter, assisted to make sure when I had questions on the application that I understood items and documentation needed. In this day and age it is difficult to find folks who really care and make sure everyone has an opportunity to be counted with the chance of finding a new home at a later stage in life.

On Friday at noon my mother was unexpectedly discharged from the hospital into my care. Just 2 days before Father's Day.<br><br>Needless to say it was a very stressful situation. I did my research and found an assisted living situation that was close and clean. I called on a Friday afternoon and I heard from Jason on a Saturday and scheduled a tour for Tuesday. Which is amazing. It seems like a small thing, but knowing I had an option made the stress more bearable.<br><br>Once I saw the location and met with Jason and Melissa I knew it was the perfect fit. I haven't looked anywhere else.<br><br>Melissa was amazing and helped me through all of the paperwork and processes. I can't say enough about these two. They could see we needed help and they rose to the occasion. We are still going through the process, but I couldn't ask for a better place for my mom.

Jason the marketing director is sensational. And went to great lengths to make sure I understood every single thing and more importantly that my mom did!!!! We wanted to make sure that Lacey Creek gets the praise they deserve. For these past few years it had been the home of our dear family member and This place understands how to combine work with loving kindness and teamwork . My friend's and family were amazed from the front desk to the nursing staff to the maintenance to the excellent communication. It proved to be a most excellent choice. Thank you Lacey!!
