Lacey Creek Supportive Living is an assisted living community in Downers Grove, Illinois, serving adults 65 and older who need help maintaining their independence. The three-story, 108,000 square-foot building opened in fall 2016 and houses 120 private studio and one-bedroom apartments designed for senior living with mini-blinds and ample closet space.

The community provides personal assistance and medication management, with certified staff on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents receive three daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry services as part of their supportive living arrangements. Lacey Creek offers an active community environment where residents can enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities. The community was fully occupied within 10 months of opening, and local officials recognized it as a much-needed housing solution for the village's growing senior population.

Financial assistance through the Supportive Living Program in Illinois is available to qualifying seniors, including those on Medicaid who receive minimum Social Security income, making the community accessible regardless of financial resources. Lacey Creek received the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living 2021 Bronze Quality Award, recognizing the provider's commitment to quality improvement.
