This new $27.7 million development is 108,000 square feet and houses 120 private studio and one-bedroom apartments.

A Wonderful Alternative

Montclare Supportive Living provides a wonderful residential alternative to a nursing home or to those struggling alone at home.

Residents have the opportunity to:

•    Live in a private apartment. Each of the apartments features a kitchenette, spacious bathroom and emergency alert system.
•    Receive personal assistance and help with medications. Certified staff are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services, such as three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry are also included.
•    Enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities.

Catherine’s Story: Sharing Her Love of Crafts

Before moving to Montclare of Lawndale, Catherine was a bus driver for elementary school children.

I lived with family when someone told me about a brand-new community right here in Lawndale, so I came right in and toured. I knew from the first day, this was home.

I enjoy living here and getting involved in the different activities available. Furthermore, I truly enjoy the crafting and being able to express myself through painting, and by making things beautiful. Vicki, the Resident Service Coordinator always makes me feel welcome and supports my creative side.
