Outstanding experience from the start. I needed the service services unexpectedly for an older family member with psychiatric issues having difficulty recovering from surgery, but needing to go home. Had a very short turnaround time to work with and made phone calls to several area caregiving companies. Paulette from Home and hearth was able to meet me the very next And came to consult and evaluate him the very next day after I outreach to him, even though it was a weekend. She was able to assess. the situation and understood the specialty level of care needed and pulled through by providing it, 24/7. They were able to staff and start the Services within 48 hours or the consultation. The caregiver’s provided excellent service, and there was minimal interruption due to lack of staffing problems, which can often occur with these types of services. I am a nurse myself. I would recommend this company to any families or friends that needed similar services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again For my family!

Very unpleasant to work with these people. This lady name Lisa always sounds very irritated when we would call for any updates. She speaks to people with a condescending tone as if she is better than you. She may pretend to be professional at first but DO NOT let her fool you. I am 100% positive I am not the only one who feels this way and may see more reviews on her in the future from other people.

I have been working with Home and Hearth for over three years; first it was for intermittent daily care for my Mother who suffered a stroke and now for my Aunt who lives alone.<br><br>I have been very pleased with the approach, attitude, level of concern and consideration of the Caregiver Manager, Teresa Hermann; she has been a thoughtful, customer focused manager. Teresa has supported various types of services that are needed, is an advocate for the client and helps the family determine what special needs are relevant when the situation evolves.<br><br>When I have visited the “assisted living facilities”, I truly believe that the best care is to assist the elderly so that they can continue to reside in their own home, as long as possible. This is tricky equation, with elderly people at times, because they may not be aware of what is best for them. It is far more cost effective to have caregivers provide services within the home.<br><br>I am grateful for the types of caregivers that Home and Hearth provides to their customers. These caregivers have patience, caring and respect for their clients that can be the saving grace for families that don’t have available or qualified people to fill this niche.<br><br>I strongly recommend Home and Hearth Caregivers.

I am an advocate for a friend of mine and didn't know where to start to find some home health care for her. I was given Home and Hearth contact information, and they have been extremely helpful. My main contact is Ashley, and she has been amazing the home health care worker, Virginia, visiting my friend weekly has also been kind and patient with my friend. She has been wonderful. I am so grateful for their guidance.

Home and Hearth provided me with extraordinary assistance in my surgical needs in that they provided me with a required medical companion, Frances Townsend, who was awsome. She was on time and very nice. Also a safe driver. The entire staff at Home and Hearth is great. They are very responsive to patient needs and very courteous. It was a pleasure working with them.
