My mom went to this facility after a fall resulting in a lower back fracture. She was assigned a Doctor to monitor her progress and a Case Manager, Andrea, with a team consisting of Kiara, Kim, and PT specialist Jared. When we had to discharge early they jumped into action to prepare her release in a matter to two hours. Her husband(my dad) was in his final hours at home and they were so thorough and attentive. Andrea saw me going over instructions with Janelle and she stopped for well wishes and a concerned demeanor as to our situation. Dad passed this morning 6/9/2026 surrounded by his wife and family. She wasn't due for discharge until Saturday. Bless all of these hard working professional caretakers and thanks for all they do! B-

Been to many rehabs. As a caregiver I have seen many through the years. This place impressed me so much. Very clean, a ton of staff, no bad odors. The courtyard is swept and in order. Reception is first rate and EVERYONE is smiling and happy to help you.

My mom overtime has had to stay in several different nursing facilities including this one for months at a time. First thing I always take note of is if it smells bad. We visit my mom everyday and not once has this place had any bad odors. Staff was always nice and helpful. I would say that this is one of the better ones in terms of cleanliness and care. Of course we would rather have her at home, we request this facility for when she needs time to recover after being in the hospital.
