From intake call with Tara, referral to Angela and Pat as a team, the Home Care Placement team has been awesome. The team has gone out of their way to provide consult. They have taken time to visit my mom and took time to follow up with me. They know and are familiar with the ins and outs of placement and the relevant laws that govern placement to advise whether the placement sought is even appropriate. I will definitely seek them out come time to make care arrangements for my father.
